It often takes time for us to develop the habits associated with perfectionism and people-pleasing, and so it often takes time to build new habits. We will work at your pace, whether you're ready to hit the ground running or you need to take small steps in a stroll. Either way, you may find yourself ready graduate from therapy in a few months, or enjoying having this space for yourself for the foreseeable future.

short-term for PTSD
Trauma has you struggling with nightmares and flashbacks and extreme feelings or no feelings at all. Your life has become very small in order to avoid anything that might be triggering. Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) can give you a specific path toward healing, so you can finally live the full life that's been out of reach.

In 12 sessions, you'll learn about the symptoms of PTSD, how they impact you, and skills to cope with them.

You can't remember the last time you had a good night's sleep (maybe never?). Tired but wired, you're thinking about how you really need to sleep, but then can't do it. So frustrating! And now you have to spend your day unfocused, cranky, sluggish. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i) can help you sleep better at night so you can feel better during the day.

In 4-8 sessions, you'll learn how your sleep works, what's impeding your sleep, and how to recalibrate it.
