I'm Maya Rufino, LCSW, a California based therapist.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in cycles of overwhelm, burnout, and hopelessness. It made a huge difference in my life when I began to break these cycles, and as a therapist I’ve seen it make a huge difference in the lives of my clients.
